While the constitution does give superior power to treaties with other nations, any and all dealings of the Federal polity and any other nation or entity are impotent and de facto. This is because the Federal organization of banks and commercial entities does not represent the constitution, has violated it as a contract with the people repeatedly, and has failed in all of its duties past, present and future. All Federal laws only apply to corporate employees, as they are statutes and by-laws of corporations. When applied to men living on the land, those men must consent to their a) status as an employee of the Federal corporation, and b) under-standing of the de facto authority of the officers of that corporation. There is no other method of authority available to the Federal corporation, as they have long ago abandoned the constitution in favor of a hierarchical, pyramidal, and imperialistic control of the masses and the land for their own purposes of profit.
If the states have inferior standing in law then the people have inferior standing. If the people have inferior standing then we do not have a republic we have an oligarchy of filthy rich dictators.
No matter what they proclaim, how they proclaim it or what presumptions the put upon us, know this: each and every one of us is the superior and original jurisdiction of the planet earth. They cannot in any manner prove that they have over-standing authority based on anything truthful, factual or concrete. They have just woven stories telling us it's so when in fact they are just as flawed and FOS as the rest of us. They expect subservience and it is given by incompetent simpletons. Under that scenario, who can blame them for treating the people in the manner that the people act? Until even a small percentage of brave men claim their equal standing to lawyers, bankers, statesman and any other frauds, the whole of the earth will be under the fist of a very few soulless psychopaths.

Debbie if MTR is halted then in many cases coal would be cost more as in many cases the coal would be to expensive to remove in certain areas.... as I said MTR is not always the cheapest method, but in some cases it is, and the best way to get to the coal. At this time the only other way of providing energy on the scale that America needs is Nuclear plants, and the that seems to be another problem for enviromental groups. You can also look at what causes such a need for the amount of energy Americans need? Over population, and many forms of throw away technology like cell phones, video games, microwaves... MTR is not the only source of the problem, and this bill will do nothing but cause problems for coal companies, and problems for the enviroment as much of the eco friendly bills passed in the early 1970's.

First - The Coal industry does not employee me in anyway Mr. Ed!WHo do you work for as a political activist?

This statement is crap... as there would be fewer industrial parks and other new developments if it were not for clearing of some mountains in the region.

Third- I am worried more as to the dangers of deep mines and the lives of the men that are having to work in them due to tree hungging groups causing trouble for companies by holding up permits for MTR!!

Fourth- MTR is not always the cheapest method of harvesting coal. So don't give me the rich mine pockets argumant as Chandler has made plenty off the people of Kentucky.

Frankfort, and other regions in Kentucky never seem to mind trying to get their hands on those dirty ol' coal dollars when that severance money is brought out!!

Where do you get the idea that this bill would shut down coal? It would greatly curtail Mountaintop Removal mining, which could actually help jobs since MTR needs only half as many employees as underground. The all or nothing mentality and the name calling does make it seem as you have not thought through this, but are rather working from reactive emotion only.

Have you read the bill? Who the hell said ANYTHING about closing down the coal inudstry?? Or do you just automatically start ranting about "tree hugging liberals" whenever anyone suggests that there might be a way to extract coal without destroying mountain land and poisoning the surrounding waterways? MTR doesn't help the miners. It fattens the pockets of the mining company owners by destroying the land and actually costs mining jobs compared to underground mining. Clearly you either work in coal industry management or you're incredibly gullible.

Any ban on a type of firearm is a stripping away of our freedom!
